Our very own Event Consultant meets with the couple or client to understand their vision, event type, theme, guest count, and budget. Discussing key elements like the venue, catering, and entertainment, while outlining services and defining the planner’s role versus what the client will handle.
Its time to work closely with the culinary team to present options, from appetizers to main courses and desserts, ensuring that the menu complements the event's style, whether it's a casual gathering or a formal occasion. Once the client approves the menu, a custom quote is created inclusive of all key elements. Now its time for the initial deposit, which is required to secure the booking and allowing the planner to move forward with the next steps in the event’s execution.

The fun part of the planning begins as the design team crafts the overall vision for the event, including the theme, color palette, and design style. Through the use of mood boards and visual presentations, the planner helps finalize décor elements, ensuring every detail aligns with the client’s preferences. Venue visits are arranged to ensure that the design reflects the desired aesthetic and stays within the client’s budget.
As the event approaches, the event team finalizes all logistics and establishing a detailed timeline covering vendor setup, key milestones, and event breakdown. They manage seating charts, RSVPs, transportation, and secure necessary permits, while developing contingency plans for unforeseen issues. A final walkthrough with the client and vendors is conducted to confirm all details, review the timeline, and make any last-minute adjustments, ensuring that décor, catering, and payments are ready for a seamless event day.
